Shipping Policy

All Malaysia orders are fulfilled by Ninja Van. Depending on which option you choose, delivery should take an estimate of 1-4 working days (Standard) or 1-2 working days (Express). Standard shipping is free for all orders above RM150. Fees are weight-based and start at RM5.50 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM12.50 for East Malaysia. If you require an urgent same-day delivery within Klang Valley, just drop us a DM or email - we can arrange it for you using Grab or Lalamove.

All Singapore orders are fulfilled by Ninja Van and should take an estimate of 3-6 working days. Shipping is free for all orders above RM250 (~SGD82). Fees are weight-based and start at RM18.50 (~SGD6.00). 

All other orders are fulfilled upon request. Just reach out to us at hello@mari-mari.co if you're outside our usual coverage area of Malaysia and Singapore!

Return Policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry about that and are here to help!

You have 14 days to return an item to us from the date you received it. Your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to reject your return if labels/tags are torn off and/or the item is damaged. 

If you need to return an item, please submit a return request by logging in to your account. Then, kindly mail or hand deliver your item back to us at the below address:

Please note that you are currently expected to bear the return shipping cost. We highly recommend that you use tracked mail and a trusted courier, as we will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. 

If you reside in Klang Valley, you may alternatively opt to drop off your return in-person at the above address instead. 

Once we've received your returned item, we will proceed to inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. We typically take 2 working days upon receipt of a return to issue a refund.

Kindly note that all refunds will be in the form of store credit only (excluding any shipping fees) with no expiration date. The store credit can be used for an immediate item exchange or at any later time of your convenience.
